Data deletion

FoundTix lets event promoters connect their Meta (Facebook) account so we can create and manage ads on their behalf. The only Meta data we store is that advertising connection: an access token, the linked ad account and pixel id, and the list of Facebook Pages the account manages.

If you remove FoundTix from your Facebook account's Business Integrations, Meta notifies us and we immediately scrub the stored tokens. To request full deletion of the connection data we hold, either use the data-deletion option in your Facebook settings, or email us at info@foundtix.com and we'll action it.

When a deletion is processed through Meta, you'll be given a confirmation code and a link back to this page showing the status.
