FoundTixTM Ticketing for promoters
A lot of ticket sites list your show, hold your money until it's over and leave the selling to you. FoundTix Ticketing pays you the moment each ticket sells, and builds and runs your ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit for free.
No monthly, setup or listing fees. Just a booking fee per ticket sold, and you choose who pays it.
You're paying out before a ticket sells, trying to get the word out, and hoping the door holds up on the night. Here's what FoundTix takes off your plate.
Every ticket is paid into your own Stripe or PayPal account the moment it sells, so presales can cover the deposit or a final-week push.
Every sale is reported back to your own ad accounts, so Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit find more people like your buyers.

Your ads find more people like this buyer
Every order shows where the buyer came from, and you see what each ticket from your ads cost.
One all-in price from the first tap, and the ways people already like to pay.
Send your door staff a link. It scans in any phone browser, even with no signal.
Fans who can't make it resell at face value through FoundTix, and only once your own tickets have sold.

No lock-in
Try it on one show. You can keep your other ticket sites too: one event can sell with FoundTix and link to them, and their attendee lists scan at the door on the same link.
Ticket money goes straight into your own account. Connecting PayPal is optional, and adds PayPal and Pay in 3 at checkout.
Put in the date, the venue and your ticket types. Events save as drafts, so you can finish them any time.
Publish your event page, share the link and turn on your free FoundTix Marketing campaign from the Marketing tab.
FoundTix Ticketing only charges a booking fee when you sell a ticket, and you choose who pays it. Try your ticket price below to see what you receive.
Processing is charged separately: by Stripe on card payments, by PayPal on PayPal payments.

What you pay FoundTix
You choose who pays it: you or your buyers. Comps and free tickets carry none.
*For tickets sold with FoundTix Ticketing. You only pay your own ad spend. For tickets sold elsewhere, FoundTix Marketing costs 10% of your ad budget (minimum £25).
Per ticket
The ticket price, with the booking fee included.
Paid straight into your own Stripe account as tickets sell. PayPal payments have PayPal’s own fee instead of Stripe’s.
As tickets sell. Ticket money lands in your own Stripe or PayPal account at the moment of sale. Stripe pays it out to your bank on your payout schedule, and PayPal releases funds under its own terms. FoundTix never holds your ticket money.
Stripe does, straight into your connected account. You're the merchant of record for your own events, and FoundTix never holds your ticket money.
You choose, per event, until your first ticket goes out (comps included). Absorb it and buyers pay your ticket price, or pass it on and buyers pay it on top, always shown all-in up front. Comps and free tickets carry no fee.
No. You only need to connect Stripe to use FoundTix Ticketing. Connecting PayPal is optional, and adds PayPal, and Pay in 3 on eligible orders.
Send your staff the door check-in link. It runs in any phone browser with no app and no login, and works offline once loaded.
Yes. Buyers can add each ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from their order page: one pass per ticket, carrying the same QR code your door scanner reads. Passes update themselves if the event changes, and a refunded ticket's pass is voided automatically. Nothing for you to set up.
Yes, through FoundTix's official face-value resale on your events that use FoundTix Ticketing. It's the same admission you already sold, so your capacity and takings don't change and there's nothing for you to do. Your own tickets always sell first: resold tickets are only offered once your available tickets are gone.
Every paid order is refunded in full automatically. FoundTix returns its booking fees to you, but Stripe and PayPal keep their processing fees, which come out of your balance.
Yes. One event can sell with FoundTix Ticketing and link to other ticket sites, and their attendee exports scan at the door on the same scanner link.
